Before anything is shipped, we record the batch code and expiry on the carton and the container, and check that the two match.

Send us a message. We confirm everything before anything is paid.
There is no checkout on this site and no card details are ever taken here. Message us with the product you want, and we will tell you whether it is in Bangladesh already or coming with our next shipment, what it costs including delivery, and the date we expect it — then you pay the delivery charge up front and the rest when it reaches you.
